Puzzles and ConstructionsWoodworking was one of my first great loves and I’ve never lost it. It became integral in many of my works, adding a dimension to the narration, and helping to underline the painting as object and not just concept.  Sometimes the construction was in fact the object, and the painting secondary.  Using sliding doors and secret panels I could modulate the composition and change the dynamic of the painting.
